Reservation Conditions

|
The price, to be communicated upon request, includes hot and cold water, gas,
electricity consumption, as well as bed linen and towels (weekly change);
it does not include the heating costs (€. 1.50/hour).
Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit € 100,00.
The weekly rentals start and end on Saturdays. Only during the months of March,
April and October do we offer alternative start and finish dates ( laest three
nights ).
Check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m ; outside these hours guests will be
admitted on the next day.
On arrival the apartment will be clean and equipped with:
Kitchen: four-burner gas stove, fridge with a small freezer unit, bread
knife, flat and soup plates, glasses, tea- and coffee cups, salad bowl, forks,
knives, spoons, tea-spoons, frying-pan, stew-pans, pots, baking pan, Italian
coffee maker, colander for pasta, kitchen spoons, bottle-opener and corkscrew,
can-opener, chopping-board, tray, grater. Portable barbeques are available
on request. They must be returned in an acceptable and clean condition.
Hygiene and cleaning: glass for toothbrushes, liquid soap, scrubbing
brush and clothes for the floor, a sponge, broom and shovel, plastic washing-basin
and bucket, garbage can.
On the last day of your stay you are kindly requested to leave the apartment
by and not later than 10 a.m.
The parking area and the swimming pool are not attended by our personnel.
You are requested to behave in an appropriate manner in order to avoid any
unpleasant incidents for which the owner cannot be held responsible.
