How to make a reservation

On receipt of your mail with the name of the apartment and the proposed dates we will make a reservation, which will be held for five days. Within this time you are kindly requested to send us 50% of the location fee by means of credit card using our safe server, or to send us by fax the copy of the bank-payment for the same amount.

In case we receive no further communication, the option will be automatically cancelled on the date of expiry.

For reservations arriving less than thirty days before the stay, you are kindly requested to immediately pay 50% of the location fee exclusively by using the credit card.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you an email to confirm your reservation.

The balance will be settled on the date of your arrival at your location.
